As Vice President of the Catholic charity Jospice, Cherie Blair would like to offer her congratulations to their President, Archbishop Vincent Nichols of Westminster, on being named a Cardinal. Pope Francis made the announcement during the Angelus in St Peter's Square last Sunday.
