Cherie chats with journalists working on the GMT news agenda

Cherie Blair took part in a guest edit for the BBC News programme GMT, as part of the BBC's 100 Women season - which aims to highlight the risks, challenges and opportunities that women face every day, across the globe.
Cherie Blair, in her capacity as a human rights lawyer, guest-edited the BBC World News programme GMT, as part of their 100 Women season.
Cherie joined a team of journalists at New Broadcasting House in London to help edit the programme, alongside longtime presenter, George Alagiah.
She contributed to the morning's discussion about the day's news agenda - which included an item on US President Barack Obama, set to choose a woman, Janet Yellen, as the next head of the Federal Reserve.
Cherie also talked about her own international foundation, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women ,which helps back women trying to establish their own businesses, and about her work to campaign for gender equality.
Her appearance was part of the BBC's 100 Women season - which aims to highlight the risks, challenges and opportunities that women face every day, across the globe.
