In wealthier countries, nearly 90% of the population have basic bank accounts. Most middle-class people are supported at every turn by financial services - such as credit cards for everyday purchases, mortgages to buy a home, quick and easy payment services, insurance or pensions. Breast Cancer Care's Annual Fashion show took place this week. Maxine, who was diagnosed in 2010, said: 'I wanted to do this to show anyone going through breast cancer that it isn't always life-threatening and you can still look and feel the same as before.'
